Char-Grilled Swordfish

4 5-ounce sword fish steaks

2 heads of broccoli




Relish:

1 cup black bean, soaked and cooked

1 red pepper, diced

1 yellow pepper, diced

1 green pepper, diced

1/4 red onion

1 lemon squeezed

1 lime squeezed

1/4 cup olive oil

1/8 cup white vinegar

1. Mix ingredients for relish together and marinate for sixhours.

2. Brush swordfish with olive oil and grill.

3. Steam two heads of broccoli and cut into small pieces.

4. Place relish over sword fish and garnish with broccoli.
