Rueben Pizza 1 large pizza shell
Thousand Island lite dressing
1/2 pound low-salt corned beef, sliced thin
1/2 pound low-salt Swiss cheese
Caraway seeds, optional
1 small can sauerkraut, drained
1. Spread dressing over pizza shell.
2. Cut beef in strips. Sprinkle generously over dressing.
3. Cover with sauerkraut. Then cover with shredded Swiss cheese.
4. Top with caraway seeds if desired.
5. Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 miuts or until cheese has melted.
