Wonderful Zucchini Soup

1 large onion, chopped

2 tablespoons margarine

2 cups boiling water

2 chicken bouillon cubes

8 cups zucchini, chopped

1/8 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 cup parsley


1. Saute onion in margarine in saucepan. Add water, bouillon, zucchini, garlic powder and salt. Mix well.

2. Cook until zucchini is tender. Combine with parsley in blender container. Process until smooth.
