Cheese Steak Pizza 1 pizza shell
2 Steak-Ums, chopped
1/2 cup no-fat Ranch dressing
1 1/2 cups no-fat or low-fat mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup chopped onions
1/4 cup chopped peppers
Parmesan cheese
1. Fry Steak-Ums, peppers and onions. Drain well on paper towel.
2. Cover pizza shell with ranch dressing.
3. Add meat, veggies and cheese.
4. Sprinkle with black pepper and dusting of Parmesan cheese.
5. Bake at 350 degrees until crust is done and cheese is lightly browned.
6. Extra ranch on the side is good for dipping.
