Frozen Yogurt Pie

1 quart low-fat vanilla yogurt, softened

4 cups oat bran, crushed fine

1/3 cup oleo, melted

2 large apples, sliced thin

1 can pineapple, drained

1 dozen large strawberries, sliced


1. Combine oat bran and melted oleo. Press mixture into bottom and sides of 9-inch pie pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 5 minutes. Remove and let cool.

2. Fill crust with yogurt, spread evenly. Freeze for 2 hours. Then cover with fruit, before serving.

3. Yogurt can be mixed with low-fat pie filling.
