8-Minute No-Bake Cheesecake

1 package (8 ounces) fat-free cream cheese

4 packets Sweet 'n Low

1 cup fat-free sour cream

2 teaspoons vanilla

1 container (8 ounces) fat-free Cool Whip

1 prepared graham cracker crust


1. Whip cream cheese. Then add sweetner, sour cream and vanilla. Finally, blend in Cool Whip and pour into prepared crust.

2. Recipe also may be used for tarts. To make into tarts, use either pie dough or sweet dough. Use round cookie cutter or rim of a small glass and cut circles from dough. Place into small pecan tart pans to bake for 15-20 minutes. When cool, spoon the cream cheese mixture into tarts ands serve after 1 hour.

3. Top with your choice of strawberries, cherries, blueberries.
