Stuffed Shells 8 ounces shredded no-fat mozzarella cheese
12 ounces no-fat or low-fat cottage cheese
1/2 cup Italian bread crumbs
1 egg, slightly beaten
2 to 3 quarts spaghetti sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
1 box stuffing shells
Parmesan cheese, optional
1. Mix mozzarella cheese, cottage cheese, bread crumbs, egg and salt and pepper.
2. Spoon enough sauce to cover the bottom of 9-by-13-inch pan.
3. Stuff cooked shells with cheese mixture. Place in single layer in pan.
4. Cover with sauce, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes until hot.
