Pork or Chicken Adobo 1 pound pork or chicken, cut into cubes
1/2 cup vinegar
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
2 cups water
4 crushed cloves of garlic
1. In medium saucepan, brown pork or chicken together with garlic. Add all the remaining ingredients.
2. Covr pan and cook it until the meat is tender. Serve over steamed rice. Serves 4.
