Sirloin Beef & Rice Casserole 2 sirloin tip steaks
1 package Lipton rice and sauce mushroom
1 can beef broth
Tenderizer
Oil
1. Tenderize sirloin steaks with tenderizer and pound with mallet.
2. Brown steaks on both sides in a little oil.
3. Put 1 steak in bottom of casserole or electric skillet. Pour package of rice and sauce on top.
4. Place 2nd steak on top. Gently pour can of beef broth over all.
5. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Add water if needed. (This also is good with chicken breast and chicken broth.)
