Mom's Lasagna 1 box (8 ounces) lasagna noodles
1 pound ground beef
1 jar (26 ounces) spaghetti sauce
Garlic powder
Seasoned salt
1 container (8 ounces) ricotta cheese
2 eggs
1/2 teaspoon parsley flakes
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
10 ounces shredded brick cheese
10 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese
1. Boil lasagna noodles according to package directions. Brown ground beef, add garlic powder and seasoned salt to taste. Drain meat.
2. Add jar of spaghetti sauce; heat until warm.
3. In a bowl, combine ricotta cheese, eggs, parsley flakes and salt. Set aside.
4. Use a 9-by-13-inch glass pan, begin with a layer of sauce, then a layer of noodles, then layer entire bowl of ricotta cheese. Then layer sauce, noodles and shredded cheese, and continue process, ending with shredded cheeses.
5. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top.
6. Cover with aluminum foil and bake in the oven at 325 degrees until cheeses are melted (about 30 minutes). Let cool about 10 minutes before serving.
