Amer-Asian Fish 4-6 medium sliced boneless fish
1/3 cup lemon juice
1 teaspoon salt (Mrs. Dash preferred)
1 tablespoon butter or margarine
1/3 teaspoon garlic powder
1/3 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 cup sliced onions
1. In frying pan, saute fish in butter until golden brown.
2. Add onions including all remaining ingredients.
3. Cover pan and cook on medium high heat for 10 minutes.
