Chinese Chicken Wings

1 1/2 pounds chicken wings, disjointed and wing tips discarded

1/2 cup red plum jam

3 tablespoons soy sauce

2 tablespoons prepared horseradish

1 tablespoon prepared mustard

3 to 4 drops hot pepper sauce


1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Place wings on a baking dish (single layer).

2. Combine jam, soy sauce, horseradish, mustard and pepper sauce; brush generously over wings.

3. Bake 15-20 minutes basting frequently. Serve with Chinese hot mustard, if desired. Yield: 20 chicken wings.
