Pasta with Leeks and Cheese 6 leeks
1/3 cup olive oil
1 tablespoon rosemary
1 cup chicken stock
3 tablespoons lemon juice
4 ounces feta cheese
1 pound fettuccini
1/2 cup nuts
1. Clean leeks and cut in 1/2-inch pieces. Heat oil and cook leeks.
2. Add stock, lemon juice and cook 1 minute and stir in cheese.
3. Remove from heat and stir in leeks into cooked pasta. Toss well.
4. Sprinkle with nuts on top.
