Pineapple Bread

1/2 cup margarine

1 cup sugar

2 eggs, beaten

1 can (20 ounces) unsweetened crushed pineapple

1 teaspoon baking soda

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 cup chopped nuts

2 cups flour


1. Mix margarine and sugar. Ad eggs and beat.

2. Drain 1 can unsweetened pineapple. Add baking soda and salt; mix.

3. Add chopped nuts and flour. Mix well. Put batter into bread loaf pan.

4. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Check after 45 minutes.
