Red, White and Blue Dessert

First layer:

1 cup boiling water

1 package (3 ounces) blackberry Jell
-O

1 can blueberry pie filling


Second layer:

1 cup boiling water

1 package (3 ounces) lemon Jell-O

1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened

1 cup whipping cream, whipped or Dream Whip


Third layer:

1 cup boiling water

1 package cherry or strawberry Jell-O

1 can cherry or strawberry pie filling


1. For first layer, dissolve Jell-O in boiling water. Stir-in pie filling and pour into a 9-by-13-inch glass dish.

2. Chill until set.

3. For second layer, dissolve Jell-O in boiling water, beat cream cheese and then beat in Jell-O.

4. Fold in whipped cream and pour over first layer.

5. For third layer, dissolve Jell-O in boiling water and stir in pie filling. Mix well.

6. Pour over second layer and chill until firm. (Make sure first and second layers are firm.)
