Glazed Lemon Cake 3 eggs
1 package lemon Jell-O
1 cup water
3/4 cup salad oil
1 package lemon cake mix
Glaze:
2 cups powdered sugar
Juice from 2 lemons
1. Beat eggs into lemon Jell-O and add water. Beat until frothy.
2. Add salad oil and lemon cake mix. Mix and pour into a 9-by-13-inch pan. Bake 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes on middle shelf.
3. Prick over cake with a two-tine fork.
4. Glaze: Mix powdered sugar and lemon juice together and pour over cake.
