Apple Walnut Raisin Cake 4 cups chopped apples
2 cups flour
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup white sugar
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 teaspoons cinnamon
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 cup chopped walnuts
1/2 cup raisins (soaked in warm water for 15 minutes to soften)
2 eggs
1. Mix all ingredients in the order they are listed.
2. Bake in a greased and floured pan at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
