Apple Crisp Peach 1 cup flour
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/3 cup cooking oil
1 egg
5 medium apples
1/2 cup sugar
Cinnamon
1. Sift together flour, sugar, salt, baking powder. Add oil and egg and mix by hand.
2. Place peeled apples or peaches in bottom of Pyrex dish. Add 1/2 cup sugar, sprinkle with cinnamon.
3. Place dough mixture on top with hands. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-55 minutes.
