Hawaiian Sheet Cake

2 cups sugar

2 cups flour

2 eggs

2 teaspoons baking soda

1 can (20 ounces) crushed pineapple with juice

1 cup chopped walnuts





Icing:

8 ounces cream cheese

1/4 cup oleo softened

2 cups powdered sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla

1/2 cup chopped walnuts

1/2 cup shredded coconut


1. Mix first six ingredients together. Pour into a greased 11-by-19-inch cookie sheet pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-28 minutes.

2. For icing, beat cream cheese. Add oleo and powdered sugar. Add vanilla. Beat well. Mix in nuts and coconut and spread on warm cake.
