Sweet, Sweet Stuff

4 medium size peeled sweet potatoes

1/3 cup brown sugar

1 tablespoon butter

1/3 cup coconut milk

1/3 cup condensed milk

2 teardrops of vanilla

1. Broil sweet potatoes. Set aside.

2. Combine all the remaining ingredients in a saucepan and cook until it thickens. Pour over sweet potatoes.
