Lemon Poppyseed Cake 1 package lemon cake mix
1 box instant lemon pudding
4 large eggs
1 cup water
1/2 cup poppyseed
1. Beat all ingredients in mixer at low speed for 3 minutes; at high speed for 2 minutes more.
2. Pour into greased and floured bundt or tube pan and bake at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes.
3. Cool in pan 25 minutes. If using 9-by-13-inch pan, bake 40-50 minutes. Dust with powdered sugar or use a lemon glaze.
