Ricotta Cake

1 box yellow cake mix

1 shot of Amaretto

Ricotta mixture:

1 pound ricotta cheese

1/2 cup sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla

1 egg

1 shot of Amaretta or vanilla

1. Make cake according to package directions. Put in a greased bundt pan.

2. Mix ricotta ingredients together and pour over cake and bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
