GRAY Anna M. Halt Lifelong area resident was a homemaker A funeral service will be held Tuesday for Anna M. Halt, 682 Hull St., Sharon. She passed away unexpectedly at 3:55 p.m. on Friday, June 29, 2001, in UPMC Horizon, Farrell, following an extended illness. She was 73. She was born Jan. 27, 1928 in Sharon to Alex and Mary Tobias Novak. Mrs. Halt was a lifelong area resident and homemaker. She enjoyed spending time with her family. Her husband, George W. Halt, Sr., whom she married Sept. 3, 1948, passed away Dec. 29, 1988. Surviving are: three daughters, Mrs. Charles (Pearl A.) Kocholek, Hermitage; Mrs. James (Sherry L.) Bowser and Mrs. Joseph (Connie L.) Mortimer, Sr., both of Sharon; four sons, George W. Halt, Transfer; Robert J. Halt and Michael P. Halt, both of Sharon; and Terry F. Halt, Kinsman; two sisters, Irene Drenning, Mercer; Wilma Novak, Johnstown, Pa.; a half sister, Mary Lou Banjak, Johnstown; a brother, Joseph F. Novak, Sharon; 16 grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren. Besides her husband, she was preceded in death by an infant son, Richard Halt, and two brothers, Steve and George Novak. Memorial contributions may be made to St. John's Episcopal Church, 226 West State St., Sharon. 16146. HALT Henrietta P. Kenig Henrietta P. Kenig, Woodland Place, Coolspring Township, died at 9:25 a.m. Saturday. She was 92. Obituary information was incomplete. KENIG Grace E. Bartosh Greenville homemaker was election precinct worker Grace E. Bartosh, 101 Shenango St., Greenville, formerly of 63 N. Front St., died at 5:31 p.m. Friday, June 29, 2001 in UPMC Presbyterian, Pittsburgh. She was 61. She was born Dec. 17, 1939 in Wilkinsburg, Pa. to Robert and Lois Copeland Warnock. She attended Wilkinsburg area schools. A homemaker, Mrs. Bartosh was a Protestant. She was a member of the Ladies Auxiliary Fraternal Order of Eagles Aerie 805, Ladies Auxiliary American Legion Post 140, both of Greenville. She was a volunteer poll worker at Latern Hall, Greenville, an avid bingo player, and enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren. Surviving are: her husband at home, Richard C. Bartosh, Sr., whom she married Nov. 14, 1960; three step-daughters, Robin Searcy, Jody Joplin, and Cindy Helweg, all of California; three sons, Richard C. Bartosh, Jr. and wife, Joanie; Robert Jay Bartosh and wife, Deborah; and Derrick J. Bartosh and wife Christine, all of Greenville; one stepson, Steven A. Bartosh, Calif.; three sisters, Lillian Lesh, Pittsburgh; Lois Hoffman, California; and Margaret Wilson, Greenville; two brothers, Harry Warnock, Cascade, Wis.; and Thomas Warnock, Carlisle, Pa.; and two grandchildren, Heather and Brittany Bartosh. She was preceded in death by her parents, a sister, Ruth Irwin, and a brother, Robert Warnock. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association or American Cancer Society. There will be one hour of viewing prior to the service. Burial: Immediately following the service, a funeral procession will follow to Stevenson Cemetery, Greenville. Graveside committal service will take place prior to the burial.

PAVLICK Donna Grace Yankovich Sharpsville homemaker worked in local drug stores A funeral service will be held on Monday for Donna Grace Yankovich, 1700 Ashton Avenue, Sharpsville, who passed away at 11:35 a.m. Friday, June 29, 2001 in the hospital of Sharon Regional Health System after a brief illness. She was 65. She was born Feb. 13, 1936 in Sharon to Ira J. and Helen Marie Logan Ogden. A 1955 alumna of Sharon High School, Mrs. Yankovich was employed 24 years at the former Thrift Drugs and Eckerd Drugs in the Shenango Valley Mall as a cashier. She was also a homemaker and enjoyed baking and cooking. She was a Catholic and enjoyed spending time with her family. She was a member of the American Legion Post 299, Sharon. Surviving are: her husband, Carl, at home, whom she married June 2, 1956; two daughters, Linda S. Yankovich, at home; Cindy Yankovich, Poland, Ohio; four sisters, Mrs. James (Catherine "Kay") Pickering, Dayton, Ohio; Mrs. Ed (Helen "Snooky" ) Turosky, Sharon; Mrs. John (Theresa "Tessy") McCallen, Sharon; and Mary Ann Cagno, Transfer. Preceding her in death were an infant daughter, Susan Marie, her parents and a sister, M. Patricia Herster, who passed away November 30, 2000; and a brother, John Ira Ogden.
