Arrests, citations mar bar’s 4x4 night

Arrested for underage drinking were Joshua D. White, 18, of Pulaski; Emanuel E. Moore, Jr., 18, of 914 Spearman Ave., Farrell; Nathan Ley, 20, Paul B. Stevens, 20 and Michael D. Miller, 19, all of Vienna; and Mark Anthony Bonanni, 19, of 1377 Brent Road, Volant, police said.

Police said Moore was also charged with public drunkenness. They said Bonanni was charged with disorderly conduct for urinating in public.

Thomas A. Karns, Jr., 36, of Harrisville, was arrested on charges of aggravated and simple assault and resisting arrest, police said. They said he was yelling at and shoved a restaurant employee and scuffled with police.
