Sharon man, 22, faces charges for sex with 15-year-old girl
The case of a Sharon man charged with having sex with a 15-year-old girl has been sent to Mercer County Common Pleas Court.Randy M. Moore, 22, of 504 Grant St., Sharon, was charged with statutory sexual assault, indecent assault and corruption of minors. District Justice Henry J. Russo, Hermitage, held for court all charges at a preliminary hearing July 26.
Between Sept. 9 and Oct. 14, Moore had sex with the girl, with her consent, on numerous occasions in Farrell, police said.
Moore was returned to Mercer County Jail after failing to post $10,000 bond.
