Trees logged illegally, man saysJohn Kerins, co-owner and director of golf at Tam O’Shanter Golf Course and West Driving Range, told police that someone logged out 20 acres of trees and damaged property behind the driving range between Dec. 26 and Tuesday, police said.
Kerins told police the trees were on Tam O’Shanter property along South Hermitage Road, and that he had "no knowledge of any logging going on" before yesterday, police said.
Kerins, who filed the complaint yesterday, was not available for comment this morning.
