Man, 20, held on drug sale charges
Charges against a Jamestown man accused of selling cocaine and marijuana to a state Attorney General’s Office undercover agent were held Thursday to Mercer County Common Pleas Court.
Charles Sensesak, 20, of 505 Jackson St., was taken to Mercer County Jail after failing to post $60,000 bond after a preliminary hearing before District Justice William L. Fagley, Greenville.
A probable cause affidavit said the agent arranged to buy a quarter pound of marijuana from Sensesak at his home. On Nov. 20, the agent purchased the marijuana for $375 and Sensesak gave the agent his digital pager number for subsequent sales, it said.
On Nov. 29, the agent bought 26.4 grams of cocaine from Sensesak at his home for $1,140 and the agent arranged to buy two ounces of cocaine from Sensesak, it said. On Dec. 6, Sensesak presented two one-ounce bags of cocaine, but kept one of them; the agent paid $1,380 for the other ounce bag, according to the affidavit.
Sensesak told the agent that a supplier would provide more cocaine and the agent put the Jackson Street house under surveillance, it said.
On Dec. 12, the agent purchased an ounce of cocaine at Sensesak’s apartment for $1,350, according to the affidavit.
Sensesak was arrested on charges of possession with intent to deliver controlled substances, intent to possess controlled substances, criminal use of communications, conspiracy, and theft by failure to make required disposition of funds.
