The turkeys were distributed through the Community Food Ware-house of the Shenango Valley and its network of 16 pantries.

Turkeys were bought from Hermitage Shop 'n Save. Michael Magnotto, president of the grocery store, provided them at dealer's cost, as he has since the inception of The Good News Fund.

The excess funds will roll over for next year's drive, said Herald Editor James A. Raykie Jr.

The tax-deductible donations to The Good News Fund could be made in honor or memory of some- one.
