JAMESTOWN, SPRINGFIELD TOWNSHIP

Man admits to selling drugs to Attorney General's agent

A Jamestown man recently pleaded guilty to charges that he sold cocaine and marijuana to a state Attorney General's Office undercover agent.

Charles Sensesak, 21, of 505 Jackson St., pleaded guilty before Mercer County Common Pleas Court Judge Thomas R. Dobson to delivery of marijuana and delivery of cocaine. Charges of conspiracy, criminal use of communications and possession of marijuana were dropped.

Probable cause affidavits said the agent arranged for the drug sales by telephone and pager. Twice in December 2000, the agent bought an ounce of cocaine for $1,380 and later a quarter-pound of marijuana for $375, both at Sensesak's home.

On Jan. 11, Sensesak met the agent at Prime Outlets at Grove City in Springfield Township. In a parking lot near the outlet mall, Sensesak sold the agent 4 ounces of cocaine for $1,200 and a quarter-pound of marijuana for $345, the affidavit said.

Sensesak was taken to Mercer County Jail after failing to post $100,000 bond.
