Gale Riley is the third speaker in the Trumbull Town Hall 24th Annual Celebrity Series 2001-2002.

Her "Life is Not a Dress Rehearsal" lecture discusses information available through the Internet and broadcast media. Practical, anecdotal advise is given on how to approach good health using humor and common sense.

Ms. Riley demonstrates how life can be lived with less stress by making intelligent, informed decisions about health and well-being.

She has lectured regularly for health and wellness organizations and earned a bachelor's degree in education from Boston University and a nursing diploma from Whittier Regional School of Nursing.

Individual tickets are $25. Group and student tickets also are available.
