Council meeting reset in wake of deathThe Sharon City Council meeting scheduled for Wednesday was canceled after the sudden death of a city employee, council President Fred Hoffman said.
City Clerk Marie Reiter died unexpectedly Wednesday morning in the emergency room of UPMC Horizon, Farrell, according to obituary information.
The meeting is now scheduled for 6:30 p.m. April 4 at the Sharon City Building.
