Master Gardener plant sale set for SaturdayMercer County Master Gardeners will hold their annual plant sale from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. next Saturday at the Mercer County 4-H Park Exhibit Building, U.S. Route 19 north of Mercer.
There will be annuals, perennials, vegetables, houseplants and herbs. Free demonstrations and continuous children's activities will be held.
Skye's Spirit Wildlife Rehabilitation & Education Center will give a continuing seminar on rehabilitation and release of injured, orphaned and displaced wildlife.
Also, there will be a garden picture board for children to have their picture taken for a fee.
There will be no early sales. Demonstrations and times are: 11 a.m., mulching; noon, moss basket.
