Honorees reaching Hallmark Years and receiving special awards were Sister Margaret Pellerite of Kennedy Catholic High School in Hermitage, for 45 years of service; Sandra Holl and Mary Lou Brandon of Monsignor Geno Monti School in Farrell, both with 30 years of service; and Loraine Iacino of Kennedy Catholic and Gail Smith of Notre Dame School in Hermitage, both with 25 years of service.

Special guests for the event included personnel from the Erie Diocesan Schools office and several area priests.

The awards dinner, sponsored by Mercer County parochial schools and Seton School in Meadville, was held at Greenville Country Club.
