12-year-old hospitalized after tree fall

A 12-year-old Pymatuning Township girl is in critical condition at a Pittsburgh hospital after police said she fell out of a tree Wednesday night.

Pymatuning Township police said Amber Bono, 321 12th St., fell about 30 feet from a tree and landed on a shed shortly after 9 p.m. on Circle Drive.

A helicopter landed in the neighborhood to pick up Amber and take her to Children's Hospital, Pittsburgh. A hospital spokesperson said this morning that Amber was listed in critical condition.
