Knife-wielding robber makes off with cash

A man robbed a Masury convenience store at knife point Sunday, Brookfield police said today.

A man walked into Standard Market, 8171 Warren-Sharon Road, at 5:45 p.m. and brandished a knife, police said. He demanded money and the clerk gave him an undetermined amount of cash, police said. The man then ran from the store, police said.

Police said the robber is white, in his early 30's, about 5 feet 7 inches tall and weighs about 180 pounds, police said. He was wearing a blue baseball hat, sunglasses, a white T-shirt and blue jeans, police said.
