KC's Iacino taking sabbatical to finish up master's classes
School responsibilities will be keeping the president and chief executive officer of Kennedy Catholic High School busy in more ways than one in the coming school year.
Peter Iacino, who heads up the high school, will be taking a modified educational sabbatical during the fall to finish taking some classes for a master's degree at ß University in Pittsburgh.
"There will be some days during the week that I won't be here," Iacino said.
Iacino made it clear that he was not leaving the school district and that the modified sabbatical would only be for a few months.
"I'll still continue all my duties, but this will give me enough time to finish up my classes," Iacino said, adding that he sent out a letter to parents to let them know of his revised schedule.
