HERMITAGE

The 22nd annual Mercer County Marching Band Festival will begin at 6:45 p.m. Sept. 18 at Hickory High School Stadium in Hermitage. Rain date is Sept. 25. Hickory High School and its band boosters are hosts.

Commodore Perry, Lakeview, Hickory, Kennedy Catholic, Farrell, Greenville, Grove City, Mercer, Reynolds, Sharon, Sharpsville and West Middlesex high schools will take part.

Each band will perform a field show. The evening will conclude with each group receiving a plaque.

Tickets, $4 for adults and $2 for students, can be purchased that night at the gate or in advance from participating bands.
