Sexual assault trial to start Monday for S. Carolina man

The trial for a South Carolina man accused of sexually abusing a woman and two girls is scheduled to start Monday in Mercer County Common Pleas Court.

Mark A. "Dusty" Bragg, 42, of 3738 Humbert Road, John's Island, was charged with two counts each of statutory sexual assault, involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, recklessly endangering another person, indecent assault, corruption of minors and endangering the welfare of children and three counts of making terroristic threats.

According to earlier reports, police said Bragg sexually abused the woman and two girls under 16 between March 1999 and December 2000 in a Pymatuning Township mobile home park.

Jury selection for the trial begins Monday.
