Three people were injured in a head-on collision in Oniontown at the intersection of District Road and state Route 58 in Delaware Township Monday.

Mildred Ressigner, 71, of Greenville, was traveling east on Route 58 and was turning north onto District Road when the car she was driving crashed into the car driven by William Sumners III, 16, Greenville.

Both drivers and a passenger in Summer's car, Nick Brown, 16 of Greenville, were taken to UPMC Horizon, Greenville. Brown was treated at the hospital. Sumners is listed in serious condition, and Resinger was transferred to UPMC Presbyterian Hospital in Pittsburgh, where she is listed in fair condition.
