This holiday season, sons and daughters, brothers and sisters of local families may be away from home, serving their country in the United States military.

The Herald would like to publish mailing addresses of local service men and women so that their friends -- and some strangers, too -- may send them holiday greetings from home. Submit names and addresses of armed service personnel to Herald News Editor Sarah Adams at:
