A Greenville man injured in a Nov. 18 car-van crash on state Route 18 in South Pymatuning Township has been discharged from UPMC Horizon, Greenville, a hospital spokeswoman said.

Jack Mayer, 73, was injured when his van ran into a Delaware Township municipal truck, which was parked on the side of the road. The township truck was being used to clean up debris from the Nov. 10 tornado.
