Joanne Brown has been named Realtor of the Year by the Greater Mercer County Board of Realtors.

A licensed Realtor since 1979, Ms. Brown has been associated with Reinhardt's Agency throughout her career. She also has served on numerous committees while on the local Realtors board. Additionally, she is a member of the national and Pennsylvania associations of Realtors.

She lives in Jefferson Township.

During a luncheon recently, Alice Garcia, of Northwood Realty Services, was re-elected to a second term as president. Also elected were: Julie Dolan, from Howard Hanna Agency, president-elect; Pat Stafford, from Northwood, treasurer; and Vicki Hosick, of Howard Hanna, secretary. Rita Ferringer, Merle Reeseman, Joe Christoff, Bonnie Smith and Lisa Kuncio were elected as directors.

Mel Booher, District 7 vice president from Lawrence County, was the presenter of the designations and guest of the Mercer board.
